A trio of whites, including a blend of indigenous Greek varietals, an unoaked Chardonnay from South Africa, and a white Rioja provide a range of weights and textures to pair with cheese, salad, and any number of lighter seasonal dishes. A stainless-steel-fermented Tempranillo is a lighter, fruitier take on Rioja. Suitable for chilling, it's a refreshing alternative for the red-wine drinker and a killer pairing for charcuterie.
